About Libby Wiseman

Libby’s career has spanned many real estate markets.  No matter the market Libby has found a way to help her clients.  Yes, when the market was down, she traded houses. An example, a man had a house that was too big for him, and another client needed a larger home for their family.  By trading the houses, she met the needs of both clients.  This is only one of the examples of Libby’s ability to think outside the box.

This sums up the kind of agent Libby is as she continuously strives to meet the needs of her clients.

Libby was originally from North Carolina but has been in Florida for over half of her life.  Miami was where she first entered Real Estate.  She owned a Century 21 office in the Sunniland Shopping Center now known as Pinecrest.  She sold the franchise and she and her family moved to Vero Beach.

Libby became a Certified Probate agent so she could assist families during this difficult time.  They don’t need a salesperson, but they need someone that can help them during this trying time.

She will arrange for cleaning, removal of unwanted items, the list goes on and on.  She is willing to give and seek others to help make the renting or selling of this home as easy as possible, whether the owner is local or out of town.  You can count on Libby to meet the needs of her clients.
